Dongguan Mingyu Diecasting CO.,Ltd found in 2011,is located in Liuwu industrial zone, Shijie Town, Dongguan City, After more than 10 years of development ,It has become a mediu-sized enterprise with  RMB 75 million of fixed assets, professional designing & manufacturing Zinc alloy, magnesium ally and Aluminum alloy molds, die casting moldings , precise machining and post processing service. We have our own import & export license for die casting molds and products. Tool shop has complete and sufficient equipments. Besides basic machines for mold manufacturing, we have top-class processing machines for products, international advanced designing and processing mode with high qualified engineers, technicians, and management personnel. We have passed quality system ISO9001:2015,TS 16949,ISO14001 certified. It has professional mold flow test and make more than 35 sets molds monthly. We can design and manufacture all kind of die casting molds, for example, Zinc alloy ,Aluminum alloy, and magnesium alloy mould. Our die casting shop has five sets Zinc alloy die casting machine from 18T to 200T, eleven sets Aluminum die casting machines from 135T to 500T(enlarged) and we can provide the processing for Aluminum products below 500T, We have special CNC machining center to precise process aluminum alloy parts and die casting parts, we could do painting for parts according to customer’s requirement . Most of parts are export sales (molds and die casting products).
